If you are looking for a place to have your
rehearsal dinner, breakfast buffet, post wedding brunch, or a
welcome meet & greet we have a few options for you. If you’re
looking for the country atmosphere we can even host a welcome
bonfire for you and your guests, and there will certainly be s’mores
for all to enjoy!

The Maple Room
The Maple Room is located in The Hancock House
Hotel and will seat up to 130 comfortably. We can set up a beautiful
buffet or have a plated meal served. Honest Eddie’s Tap Room is also
located right in the hotel so we have a full bar available for you
if you wish. This is a great location for a rehearsal dinner or
breakfast because your guests will be able to reserve accommodations
right in the hotel and not have to travel. Kim can set up a tour for
you and/or a food tasting upon your request.

French Woods Country Club
The Club House at the French Woods Golf Course
is also available for you to reserve for events. At the golf course
we have a smaller more intimate room available. There is a full bar,
restaurant and outdoor wrap around deck. In the clubhouse dining
area we can seat up to 60 people. It is located right in the
Catskill Mountains in French Woods. Between the mountains, trees,
and sunsets in French Woods your guests will have beautiful country
views and chances for photo opts.
The Pavilion is also available at the golf
course if an outdoor location is more your style. This location can
seat around 100 people under the covered roof; more guests will fit
if you have lawn seating. This setting has more of a laid back feel,
which makes a BBQ the perfect theme for this spot. At The Pavilion
we have an option of a campfire and s’mores station for you and your
guest to enjoy a country night.
